I grew up in Northern British Columbia, Canada, on a farm in the bush. I spent most of my life working as a bartender until I went full-time in my longarm studio in 2018. I began sharing my quilting in the form of educational presentations in 2020 and have had the privilege of teaching alongside notable teachers such as Susan Smith and Bethanne Nemesh.
I launched my YouTube Channel in 2023 and have been really loving sharing on that platform (I'm sticking around for sure!).
I've had quilts I quilted hang at QuiltCon 2022, AQS Daytona Beach 2024(3rd), AQS Paducah 2024(1st quilter's choice), Quilt Canada 2024 (YouTube Video), and 2025 (2nd in Abstract). I'm pretty new to the show world, but I am looking forward to the future and some awesome projects.
I have aspirations to travel to the UK, Australia, Japan, South Africa, and Brazil to see all the quilts! I would also love to share my insights and perspective at these amazing international shows.
