Longarm Quilting: Combining Feather Designs and Ruler Work

My love of sewing/arts and crafts began when I was 14 years old and my mom started teaching me plastic canvas, cloth dolls, soft animals, and making her own outfits. It wasn’t until a year later that I began the journey into quilting when she helped me to make my first quilt from the small wreath pattern out of the book ” Quick Watercolor Quilts” by Dina Pappas.
Over the years my quilting evolved to include both hand/machine applique, crazy quilting and traditional patchwork from various quilting patterns, books, online classes, and even my own designs.
From the Fall of 2016 through till the end of 2019, both my mom and I, along with several talented quilters who came on board from all over the world started our very own online quilting magazine called “Our Quilting Journey” which was published on Magcloud.
In the last couple of years since the magazine ended, I have been keeping busy working on both new cloth doll and quilt patterns, teaching online classes, longarm quilting, and ruler work.
